Epic veggie pizza

I made pizza dough this week, and I divided it over two different days. A few days ago, I made pesto pizza again, and last night I made basically the same thing, except with an epic amount of gourmet veggies. It was so amazing that I needed to blog this one.


Layers of this pizza include:
  • Home-made dough
  • Home-made pesto
  • Wilted kale
  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped mushrooms
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Swiss cheese
  • Pecorino cheese
And here's the final result:


Argh! So good! I need to make this again. It was the perfect veggie pizza. Wolfgang Puck's dough is the only pizza dough recipe I use, and the pesto went really well with the veggies. Even the Swiss cheese and tangy pecorino brought out the flavors of the veggies. Mmmmmm.
