Aloo sabzi

Time for more Indian food.  This time I decided to use up some potatoes in a new way:  aloo sabzi, basically potato curry.  


The recipe is in the link, but basically what you do is boil some potatoes, then cut them up into bite-size chunks.  Fry some spices in oil for a minute, then add the potatoes and toss.  I mashed them a bit and put them in an Indian-style burrito, with black chickpea curry and some habanero salsa.




OK, so that might not be the BEST food photo ever, but it was a delicious burrito.
