Dill cheddar beer bread

I'm going through my "loose" recipes, i.e. stuff I cut out from a magazine or printed from online, which brought me to this recipe:  dill and cheddar beer bread!


This is a tasty little quick bread with a full bottle of beer.  With Dave's permission, I used an old bottle of New Glarus IIPA.  It smelled pretty good, although I sent this loaf with him on a trip and I didn't eat any, so I am waiting for his review!  It smelled pretty good, and the bunny always likes eating the extra dill.

I have some other recipes I'm going to be trying in the coming weeks, also, so stay tuned!
