Second beer bread, same as the first - except this one was brewed with a different beer, New Belgium Snow Day Winter Ale!
We have a lot of winter ales left over, so we are trying to work through these. This beer is predictably dark for a winter ale, and I was a bit worried about how the beer bread would turn out, but it actually baked up pretty golden (only slightly darker than the other one). I brought it to work today with some butter and people seem to like it.
Next up on the list is Capital Brewing's Autumnal Fire!
