Blueberry basil cupcakes

We had a meeting at work, and I had basil and blueberries.  I figured it was time to make the recipe I've been drooling over in the Chicago Homegrown Cookbook:  blueberry basil cupcakes.




Not sure why the photo came out so yellow.  Anyway, this was a buttery blueberry cake, basil frosting, blueberry filling, and fresh blueberries on top.  It was amazing!  Next time I am making a half batch of the frosting though, this was a crazy amount of frosting.
