Updates

I know I haven't posted in a while, but I haven't been doing too many new recipes.  I've made the Smitten Kitchen granola bars about six times, and I've mostly been doing lazy dinner recipes.

I did make two new recipes I forgot to take photos of.  First was a vegetarian chili recipe from Parade Magazine that was very sweet and tangy.  Next was pulled pork, which I made with lots of BBQ rub spice and lots of orange juice in the slow cooker.  The pork turned out great, although I burned my slow cooker crock a bit.

I need to be better about actually taking pictures and writing up recipes; I have some plans to cook some recipes from my tapas cookbook, so hopefully that will be photogenic and delicious.
