Herb Scrambled Eggs

I opened yet another chapter in the BH&G cookbook today: Eggs & Cheese. Today I made scrambled eggs, BH&G-style, with a side of Canadian bacon and some berries.

Basically, it's eggs, butter, milk, parsley, and thyme. It's more milk than I would normally put in an omelette, but it made the scrambled eggs very creamy.

By the way, I'm also enjoying Canadian bacon a lot lately. It's a lot healthier than regular bacon, and I think it's just as tasty. (Plus it cooks up a lot faster and is less greasy.)

I'm excited about other items in this chapter, especially eggs benedict. Mmm. I have always wanted to learn how to poach eggs, so that will be exciting. Yay for eggs!
