S'more Pops


I knew that I would not be able to get through the holidays without making a recipe from The Hershey, Pennsylvania Cookbook. Like most of my cookbooks, I want to make every recipe. However, something about chocolate really seems to resonate during the holiday season.

I picked a simple recipe that would present well and taste even better: S'more Pops. Basically you skewer some marshmallows, then dip them in chocolate and graham crackers.
As predicted, they turned out beautifully. (The trick is getting them all to last until we go to my family Christmas party tomorrow.)
I made s'more bananas with the leftover chocolate and graham crackers.
Mmm.
