Tuna salad

Dave and I picked up a large can of albacore tuna the other day, so I decided to make tuna salad. I'm not big on plain old traditional tuna salad, so I mixed the tuna with extra fun stuff. Here's everything that went in:
  • Tuna
  • Light mayo
  • Dijon mustard
  • Yellow mustard
  • Horseradish
  • Avocado, chopped
  • Flax seed (for more omega-3s)
  • Pepper
We spread it on my pumpernickel bread from last week:


Mmm. I enjoyed this, and I really liked the large can of albacore tuna because the chunks were more substantial and actually tasted like it came from a fish. Plus this is a cheap way to eat more fish!
