Thursdays in April are going to be our spaghetti night, but what I really meant was pasta night. I had these wide whole wheat egg noodles, which I tossed with fried garlic, fennel, and chard.
These noodles were actually kind of hard to eat as a meal on their own; I can see it more as a side to beef stroganoff or something. But it was tasty and I had all the ingredients lying around my house. Now I have to find a way to use up all these extra beets I have...
