The recipe didn't call for any topping, but he likes his sugar cookies with chocolate kisses. The recipe was easy, but the dough was very buttery and could be tough to roll. Still, it's good to know a simple sugar cookie recipe for those times when you want to make shapes with cookie cutters.
Incidentally, I also made banana bread tonight! And when I went grocery shopping earlier, I got plenty of yeast for more bread making. Is it bad that I just want to make more potato bread instead of trying new recipes? It was so good...
