Whole wheat bread

I had a really good experience making the potato bread, so I bought some more yeast and decided to have another go, this time with whole wheat bread.


I've had the whole wheat flour lying around for a while, but I haven't used it until now. The bread came out well; it was soft but felt like it had more substance than whole wheat bread you can buy from the store.

I had an extra loaf, so I took it to work. I'll probably have it with some peanut butter and jam tomorrow for breakfast!
